Ryan Stewman has been in sales since he was 13 years old. He started out selling car washes in Plano, Texas. Ryan became an archive setting service advisor and he still holds sales and car count records at the wash where he worked. Due to his work ethic at the vehicle wash, he was offered a job in mortgages, by one of many regular customers who noticed his sales skills and offered Ryan to become her apprentice at a mortgage company she owned. After some reluctance, Ryan accepted. Within 30 days of doing work for her, Ryan had made as much money as what used to take him 3 months at the vehicle wash. He was hooked.
Matter of fact, in 2009, the worst year on record for the, Ryan closed 183 loans, still going strong. In 2010 however, the Government passed the Dodd Frank Act and because of Ryan's felony gun charges, he was unable to get a Federal mortgage license. Ryan went from being one of many top producing mortgage people on earth, to nothing. Overnight.
Ryan was tired of in places that controlled his income so he started their own business. He started managing social media for local property agents. He built the company to a 6 figure a year business, and then burned it down. Ryan hated seeing others get results in the market he was forced out of go now. It killed him. So he shut it down.
Ryan gained prolific social media experience and he desired to teach what he learned, which can be how Hardcore Closer was born. Ryan decided he desired to teach others how to offer online, instead of just carrying it out for them. This would allow him to achieve more people and help change more lives.
